One Whole Month

Last week left off with Aunt Wrens visit.

This was her last night here.

This week for the most part has been pretty uneventful.

I did notice she was getting more yellow after she was discharged from the NICU and I was so worried about her having to go back I called in the morning to get in to the doctors and got an appointment at 11.

We got there and waited for over two hours it took FOREVER!

She was being such a good girl even tho we had to wait for so long.

The nurse had us undress her so she could get her vitals. I took this opportunity to take a picture of her new belly button.

Such a daddys girl. She was with him for the entire appointment!

The doctor said she did notice that Lilly was looking jaundice still.
She wanted us to go to the base lab and get her blood drawn.
We did and of course my princess wailed.

I was so nervous waiting for the results to see if she would be admitted again or not.

She finally called at about 430 and told us her level was 12.5. Which is higher than her last reading but not high enough to be admitted. phew
So far her color seems to be getting a lot better. She is turning pink again.

Now here are some cute pictures of Lilly!!
EVERYTIME I put her in this thing she wiggles down and half her face disappears and she loves it. i on the other hand do not! It scares me.

Sweet smiling girl

Poopy Face

She is her Daddys twin

I love how much they look alike

Both are silly

Looking chubby finally!

Getting a bottle after her bath

Our first walk ever =] She stayed awake the whole time.

Her onesie says My Daddy Rocks

this face cracks me up

my princess!

I asked Sam to hold her while I pumped and this is literally 1 minute later lol

Angel face!

In the middle of the night I have been having this horrific pains that start in my back and radiate around to my side and it is horrific and SO painful. I went to the doctor and have to get some testing done but he said it might be my gallbladder.

So the last three weeks have been amazing and challenging!

Lilly had her regular 2 week check up and she was 7lbs 4ozs thats up a whole pound from the NICU and up 9ozs from birth. Which is awesome!

She is 34th percentile for weight which I think is low but the doc said is fine. Her height is 74th percentile. someone is going to be tall like their Daddy!

I am so behind on this blog!

but this is the news so far!

I will update again soon!
